By the Whomping Willow

I was suppose to be meeting Draco tonight, but I had a lot of things on my mind and wasn't sure if I wanted to go. "It's not fair." I said to myself. Things were getting harder every day.

"What is not fair Pandora?" Hannah asked. "I recently talked to your father. He said to say hello."

I jumped a little. "You startled me Professor. Well...I'm suppose to meet someone, but I don't know if I should that's all." I couldn't tell her who since I knew she would probably frown upon it.

"Well, there's two ways you could take this. If your having doubts maybe you shouldn't or do what your heart says. Would you like to talk about it?" she asked Pandora.

It would be nice to talk to someone about it. It's hard keeping it a secret all the time. "Can you keep a secret and promise that you won't tell anyone?"

"Of course dear." she sat down and waited for Pandora to start talking.

I took a deep breath and hoped for the best. "I'm dating Draco Malfoy, but no one knows and we have to keep it a secret since he is in Slytherin and I'm in Gryffindor and everyone won't approve of it, but it's getting hard and I want to show our affection in public, but we can't" I said in one breath.

Hannah smiled. "Well, I can see how that would be hard. Talk to him about it would be step one, if he doesn't agree try nagotiating, and if that doesn't work try and scare him a little."

"Well, I've tried talking to him about it, but he says we should still keep it a secret. How would I scare him?"

"Well for starters threaten, say that you want to or it's over. Of course you wouldn't end it but it might trick him into showing at least a little bit; or if it gets to the point where you are desperate start crying and saw that he must not care if he doesn't want to show that you two are in love." she said to her. "Try the first one, and hopefully it works if not then go with the second one, or try something that's related to the two. Give it time and you will think of something. Your father was smart and that's something you got from him, use your brain like he would." Hannah told her.

"Thanks. I think I will try that. You won't tell though, right? Especially my dad. I know he would freak if he knew."

Hannah gave a quiet laugh. "I promised you I wouldn't tell anyone, so I will not tell a soul. And yes your father would probably be very mad at you and him." she smiled. "But he loves you and would probably at least try and accept it. Work on Draco, then your father." she told her.

I was walking around when I saw two people by the whomping willow. As I got closer I saw it was Pandora and one of the professors. "Did Pandora get detention? I've never seen that before."

"No she hasn't Miss Lestrange, I'm a family friend and we where having a talk. Her father wanted me to pass on a message." Hannah told her. Which was true, she had been told to tell Pandora something, give something to her really.

"That's too bad. Come to the dark side, Pandora. It's more fun." I smirked.

"I'll stick to the light side thanks."

"Well Miss Lupin, if you wouldn't mind I need to give you something so if you could please come to my office when you have some free time. If you'll excuse me." Hannah got up and dusted the grass off her cloak. "I hope all goes well, Miss Lupin. Goodbye Miss Lestrange."

I watched as the professor walked off and then looked at Pandora. "So what were you two talking about if it wasn't detention?"

"That's none of your business. I'm leaving now. I can't stand to be around you."
