Lost in thoughts...

Simon walked to the Great Lake lost in thoughts. As he reached the lake he sighed and tooked a seat under his favorite tree. As he looked at the lake he sighed still in his own thoughts. As he heard a twig crack he jumped. "Who's there?" Simon asked as he got out his wand.

"Kyla" Kyla said as she was sitting up in the tree where she saw the boy sitting on the ground under the tree.

Simon put his wand. "Oh hello Kyla, I'm sorry you scared me."said Simon. 'I'm Simon, Simon Bl." but he stopped himself. "So, what are you doing out here?" Simon asked her.

"I am Kyla Diggory" Kyla said, "I just come here to hang out around this tree when ever I am sad." she answered his question.

Simon nodded. 'I know the feeling, I feel that way alot to."said Simon as he looked at the lake. He been through alot on his life with his farther still a wanted man, he couldn't do much of anything when he was at home for the holidays he always had to go places with Sophia and his farther would be his animagus which was a black dog.

Kyla came down the tree, "So what brings you here?" she asked Simon.

Simon smiled. "Oh, I come here alot to clear my head from alot of things going on in my life."said Simon as he rested his head against the tree.

"I come here to clear my head from my brother death. The rumors won't ever go away about him. Sometimes I don't know what to believe in." Kyla said as she leans on the tree like she is going to whisper, "I know you are Black son. I can keep that secret." she said quietly.

Simon looked at her. "How did you know Sirius Black is my farther? The only people who know is Harry, Ron and Hermione ad the professors of course."said Sophia. "But thanks for keeping it a secret, you have no idea how hard it is to walk around this school and writing letter to my farther when he a wanted man!"said Simon sighing as he ran his hands through his hair. "Well... what do you want to believe that your brother fought with honor for what he believed in or stupid rumors?"Simon asked her smiling.

"I can read your mind a bit and your eyes matches him." Kyla said smiling at him. "It hard for me to decide what really happened the night my brother was killed." Kyla said.

Simon smiled. "Well, it what you believe in your heart is what matters!"said Simon smiling. "See, like me I believe my farther is an innocent man, but some thinks he a murder!"said Simon rolling his eyes.

"I don't think he is a murder, he was just caught at the scene of the crime which the murder is Peter Wormtail." Kyla said in a way to say something nice to Simon about his father. "Losing my brother Cedric was the terrible thing that ever happened in my family history. All of the boys were legends, never a girl." Kyla said.

Sophia smiled and went over and hugged her. "I know don' t know how you feel."said Simon sighing."Just remember this, 'You can cry up to a thousand of rivers and seas, but you can never replace the memories of him in your heart."said Simon smiling trying to cheer her up.

"Thank you for saying that." Kyla said as she smiled.

Simon smiled. "No, problem my farther always told me that when I used to cry about my mother."said Simon looking down. "I never knew my mother but my farther always did say I did have her beautiful brown hair."said Simon smiling.

"I am sorry about your mother." Kyla said as she really felt sorry for him.
