First day of charms and spells class

James looked at Joanna a smirk crossed his face " she's certainly a..." he paused looking at the girl" different teacher" he finished

"Yeah, she's pretty nice," she said looking at the professor.

he placed his hand at the back of his neck nervously "yea... nice" he said again his nervousness showing.

Ravyn smiled, "I think some one has a crush!"

James looked at the girl his cheeks slightly flushed at her comment.

"See, you don't deny it!"

Joanna walked over to Ravyn and smiled "everything ok over here?" she said her book held in her hand on minet gone the next.

Ravyn looked at her, "Yeah, Just peachy."

Joanna raised her eye brown at the girl and turned back to the black board waving her hand she placed on it some words " Spells, at least some of them, behave like physical energy, with forces, counterforces, and vectors much like those seen in physical objects. A spell can be "deflected" and "rebound," she carried on saying.

Ravyn just smiled and looked back at the guy and winked, "I can tell!"

looking nervous he shifted in his seat , then leaned over to her "that obvious am i?" he said his palms now sweaty.

I looked around the room and smiled at Rae again. Since I knew he was from the ministry I made sure to hide my scar. Not that I was a coward, I just didn't want to be bothered with the ministry at the moment.

I thought of how cute Rae and Harry looked stealing glances at each other, even though there wasn't anyone in here who would tell anyone about them.

Ravyn laughed, "yea pretty much."

James chuckled " I'm not much good around ... women" he said " particularly ones i like" he cheeks turned pink as he glanced at Joanna

Ravyn laughed. "Well, I guess you need to give it a try." Ravyn raises her hand, "Professor, I think he has a question." she said pointing to James.

James sat mouth open as she raised her hand " no ... I...I " he watched as she walked over to him her warm smile on her lips ,he watched as she moved towards him, quickly he stood "Erm I...I Erm" he froze on the spot

Ravyn smiled, "I think it can wait until after class!"

James smiled and made a beeline for the door before he left he spoke once more " Erm I'll be in the inn, if you want to meet later" he said , then saw Joanna nod and smile smiling he moved out the door.

"Bye" Ray laughed

Joanna looked at Ravyn and scratched her head " what brought that on?" she asked

"Nothing!" Ravyn lied.

Joanna shook her head and smiled "Humm, maybe i will pop down later to see how your doing Ravyn" she said with a grin.
